When a Pointer Record (PAD) (also known as a PR) needs to be deleted, you must first retrieve the specific PR. After it has been successfully retrieved, you must select the “Delete” 
icon and a pop-up message, “Are you sure you want to delete the Pointer Record?” will be displayed.
Select the “Yes” button to delete the PR. The message, “Pointer Record Deleted Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.

Please Note: On the PR page, the Delete option is enabled when a retrieved PR status is in Hold, Invalid, Must Check, Pending, and Saved status.
