Required field. Points to the Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR) that the Pointer Record (PAD) (also known as a PR) will use for routing information for the given Toll-Free Number (TFN). The Template Name must match that of an existing TR that is in the Active state, and the PR’s Controlling (current, old) Entity (first 2 characters of its Responsible Organization (Resp Org) ID must match that of the referenced TR. |
Must start with '*', then a valid 2 character Entity ID, followed by 1-12 characters. Must be 4-15 characters in length. Dashes are optional in the 4th-15th character positions. |
