Effective Date |
Required field. The Effective Date identifies the date the record should be sent to the Service Control Points (SCPs) and activated. This field can be entered manually or by using the Calendar pop-up. |
MM/DD/YYYY Format. When Now is checked, this field will be disabled. Please Note: To use the High Priority Updates (HPU) feature, this field must be today’s date or “Now” check box selected. |
Effective Time |
The Effective Time identifies the time that the record should be sent to the SCPs and activated. This field must be entered manually. |
HH:MM AM/PM. When Now is checked, this field will be disabled. |
Now |
By checking Now current date and time is used to create the PR. |
Check box is Optional. |
High Priority |
The Pointer Record (PAD) (also known as a PR) must have an Effective Date today or the Now check box selected to use the HPU. You cannot create a HOLD record of high priority which means High Priority check box is enabled only when the Hold radio button is No. Please Note: Only Help Desk users and users with HPU permissions can create HPU CRs. Contact your Responsible Organization's (Resp Org's) Primary Contact and/or Company Administrator(s) to request permissions. |

Resp Org |
Required field. Initially populated by the TFNRegistry™ based on the Resp Org of the Login ID creating the PR. Resp Org can be modified by the Resp Org that controls the PR. |

Customer ID |
Optional field. Indicates a TFNRegistry subscriber (customer) who has online access to the TFNRegistry. This field is referred to as a Customer ID or Subscriber ID. |
5 alphanumeric character unique code for each subscriber (customer). The first 4 characters of the Customer ID must match the Telco field. |
Agent ID |
Optional field. Identifies an agent for the Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) with update capability for the associated record (PAD and/or Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR) depending on the type of user in the Agent’s security record. Can also identify an Agent with view only permissions for the entire PR. The Agent ID field is erased by the TFNRegistry during a Resp Org Change to a different Resp Org Entity. During any Resp Org Change, it is the responsibility of the new Resp Org to update the value in the Agent ID field. |
5 alphanumeric. A unique code for each agent. |
Telco |
Optional field. The Telco field is automatically populated with the first 4 characters of the user’s Resp Org ID when creating a new PR. The value in the Telco field is compared by TFNRegistry to security data to determine if a Subscriber user (reference the Customer field) is allowed access to the record. |

End Subscriber Name |
Optional field. End Subscriber Name for directory assistance, specified by you. |
Text string. Up to 75 alphanumeric characters. A “text string” entry can contain any of the following characters: Letters, digits, standard keyboard special characters listed below: ‘ ’ ! @ # $ % & * ( ) - + = { [ } ] \ : ; < , > . ? / . The following characters are not permitted: ~ Tilde, “Double Quotation Mark, | Vertical Bar (Pipe), ^ Circumflex (Hat) and other special characters not listed above. |
End Subscriber Address |
Optional field. The subscriber address for the directory assistance listing. |

4 to 13 alphanumeric characters. The first character must be alphabetic. The 2nd to 12th characters can be alphanumeric. If there is a 13th character, then it must be alphabetic. |

Required field unless Service Order is entered. Number associated with the Supplemental Form. |

Hold |
Radio button which says if the PR should be on HOLD upon reaching the Effective Date. A “Yes” value will disable the High Priority check box. |
