The High Priority Updates (HPU) page allows authorized users to set the HPU flag in records and create and activate a record with the highest priority. The HPU is applicable for records with an Effective Date of “Now” or with today’s date. You can retrieve the HPU information for your Responsible Organization's Entity (i.e. the first two characters of your Resp Org ID). If you need the HPU permission, please contact your Resp Org's Primary Contact and/or Company Administrator(s) for further assistance.
To access the High Priority Updates (HPU) page, select the “Customer Record Administration” menu item at the top of any page through the Menu, and then select the “High Priority Updates” sub-menu item. The HPU page will be displayed.
