By default, the “Retrieve” button is disabled until a valid Toll-Free Number (TFN) is entered, then it is enabled. You must enter a valid TFN and then, select the “Retrieve” button to retrieve a list of all Customer Records (CADs) (also known as CRs) or Pointer Records (PADs) (also known as PRs).
The Customer Record Selection (REC) information for the given TFN will be displayed with the message, “Customer Record Status Retrieved Successfully” displayed at the top of the page.
The “Action” icon can be used to access different pages and functions within the TFNRegistry™ for the retrieved TFN. From the REC page, the following Actions are available:
- Customer Record/Pointer Record: By selecting the “Customer Record/Pointer Record” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the CR/PR page for the selected CR to view and edit the CR details.
- Customer Record Audit/Resend: By selecting the “Customer Record Audit/Resend” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the CRA/CRR page for the selected CR to be able to perform the Audit and Resend actions on SCPs.
- Immediate Validation Results: By selecting the “Immediate Validation Results” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the IVR page for the selected CR to perform the requested validations.
- Summary and Details of Carrier Approval: By selecting the “Summary and Details of Carrier Approval Status” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the SAP/DAP page for the selected CR to view the summary and details available for required Carrier approvals for the CR.
