The Customer Record Selection (REC) page is used by users to retrieve the list of Customer Records (CADs) (also known as CRs) or Pointer Records (PADs) (also known as PRs) for a Toll-Free Number (TFN). To access the REC page from the Landing page or any page, you can select the Menu icon (in the upper left corner), the "Customer Record Administration" menu item and then the "Customer Record Selection (REC)" sub-menu item. Once the "Customer Record Selection (REC)" sub-menu item has been selected, the REC page will be displayed.
