On the Customer Record Selection (REC) page, select the “Convert” 
icon to convert a Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) to a Pointer Record (PAD) (also known as a PR) for the retrieved TFN.
The “Convert Customer Record to Pointer Record” pop-up window will be displayed with the Source Record and Target Record sections. The Source Record information is auto-populated from the retrieved CR on the REC page. In the Target Record section the fields to identify the Template Name and Effective Date and Time are entered.
