To delete the Exception Approval (EAP) for a specific Toll-Free Number (TFN), you, an authorized user, must first retrieve the data for the Carrier Identification Code (CIC). After the information has been retrieved, you can select one or more TFN to delete or select the “Select All” check box and then “Delete” icon to delete all the CICs. You can delete a single record by selecting the “Delete Item” icon available at the beginning of each row. After selecting the delete options, you must select the “Submit” button.
A confirmation pop-up window will be displayed to you asking to confirm the deletion.
By selecting the “Yes” button, the selected TFNs will be deleted and a message, “Exception Approval Setup Deleted Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page. By selecting the “No” button, it will cancel the deletion and you will be returned to the ENO/EAP page.
