To create a new Exception Approval (ENO) for a Toll-Free Number (TFN), you, as an authorized, user, must enter a valid Carrier Identification Code (CIC) (but without an existing Exception Approval record) and select the “Retrieve” button. A pop-up window will be displayed requesting confirmation to create it.
By selecting the “Yes” button, it will create a new, empty exception approval record for the CIC. Enter a valid TFN with desired “Add” and “Change” check boxes marked. You must select the “Submit” button to save the new entry for the TFN. If the “No” button is selected, the create process will be cancelled and you will be returned to the ENO/EAP page.
After giving the details, a message, “Exception Approval Setup Created Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
