To retrieve the Exception Notification (ENO) for a Toll-Free Number (TFN):
- On the ENO/EAP page, you, as an authorized user, can manually enter the Carrier or select the “List”
icon next to the Carrier (CIC) field to view the list of Carriers. The “Choose from the list” pop-up window is displayed with the list of available Carriers.
- You can either enter the full or partial desired Carrier in the search box or select the desired Carrier from the list.
- By selecting the desired Carrier from the list, the Carrier will be selected automatically in the Carrier (CIC) field. You must select the “Retrieve” button to retrieve and view the Carrier information.
Please Note: Starting Toll-Free Number is an optional field. You can enter the TFN and Carrier for information.
The Results portion of the ENO page will be displayed with the message, “Exception Notification Setup Retrieved Successfully” displayed at the top of the page. It will provide the Toll-Free Number with Add, Change and Delete options for Carrier.
