Upon retrieval by you, an authorized user, the Exception Notifications (ENOs) that are applicable for the Carrier Identification Code (CIC) and all Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) will be displayed. To add a TFN to the CIC for Exception Notification, select the “Add” icon and enter a valid TFN with its own Add/Change/Delete notification settings as required. You must select the “Submit” button to save the new TFN entry, or the “Cancel” button to clear the page and start again.
After successfully updating the details a message, “Exception Notification Setup Updated Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
