To create a new Exception Notification (ENO) for a Toll-Free Number (TFN), enter a valid Carrier Identification Code (CIC) that does not currently have an ENO and select the “Retrieve” button. A “No Results Found” pop-up window will be displayed requesting confirmation to create it.
By selecting the “Yes” button, you, as an authorized user, will be directed to the create ENO for the retrieved TFN on the ENO/EAP page. Enter a valid TFN with its own Add/Change/Delete notification settings as required and then select the “Submit” button.
After giving the details, a message, “Exception Notification Setup Created Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page. By selecting the “No” button, you will be redirected to the ENO/EAP page.
