By selecting the Customer Record Administrative Information drop down menu in the Basic Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) portion, it shows the Resp Org ID, Customer ID, High Priority, Agent ID, Telco, End Subscriber Name, End Subscriber Address, Service Order or Supplemental Form, Last Changes, Approval, By and Previous User.
