The “Action” icon can be used to access different pages and functions within the TFNRegistry™ for the retrieved Toll-Free Number (TFN).
On the Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) page, the following Actions are available:
- Customer Record Audit/Resend: By selecting the “Customer Record Audit/Resend” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the Customer Record Audit/Resend (CRA/CRR) page for the selected CR to be able to perform the Audit and Resend actions on Service Control Points (SCPs).
- Customer Record Selection: By selecting the “Customer Record Selection” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the Customer Record Selection (REC) page for the selected CR to view and edit the CR details. If the TFN has multiple CRs, up to 10 CRs will be displayed on each page and the rest of the TFNs can be viewed in the subsequent pages. You can use expand (<<) and collapse (>>) arrows and the pagination provided on the right bottom corner of the page to navigate to the next page.
- Immediate Validation Results: By selecting the “Immediate Validation Results” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the Immediate Validation Results (IVR) page for the selected CR to perform the requested validations.
- Summary and Details of Carrier Approval: By selecting the “Summary and Details of Carrier Approval Status” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the Summary and Details of Carrier Approval (SAP/DAP) page for the selected CR approvals.
