6-digit	Optional. Text field. NPA-NXX(s) from which calls originate (must be within the CR’s AOS).	Valid values include: Up to 2 numeric NPA-NXXs; A LAD Label; An empty value; OR OTHER
10-digit	Optional. Text field. Specific 10-digit telephone number(s) from which calls originate (must be within the CR’s AOS).	Valid values include: Up to one 10-digit (alphanumeric in the NPA-NXX-XXXX format); A LAD Label; An empty value; OR OTHER
Date	Text field. Date(s) on which calls are made.	Valid format/values include: Up to a total of 2 dates may be entered in a: A single date in the mm/dd format; A range of dates in the mm/dd - mm/dd format; Multiple dates separated by a comma in the format of mm/dd, mm/dd A LAD Label; An empty value; OR OTHER
Day	Text field. Day(s)-of-week on which calls are made. Abbreviations are allowed.	Valid values include: Up to a total 5 days or a range may be entered in the following formats: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, and Sun; M, TU, W, TH, F, SA, SU; A range (example: M-F) (another example: W-TH, M) An empty value; OTHER
Time	Text field. Time of day when calls are made. A time range within the same day must be entered.	Valid format/values include: A range (example: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM) must be entered in the following format: hh:mm AM or hh:mm PM A LAD Label; An empty value; OR OTHER
Percent	Text field. Indicates a percent allocation for routing calls. Entry must be a whole number.	Valid values include: 1-99 OR An empty value The value “OTHER” is not allowed. May contain a 1 letter optional suffix (e.g., 50A) to help the Resp Org when assigning multiple Percent values that are the same value (e.g., 50A and 50B). The sum of all Percent branches for a single decision node must be 100%.
Switch	Text field. Indicates whether or not a call routing path is activated.	Valid values include: ON = this routing path is activated and can be used; OFF = this routing path is deactivated and cannot be used; OR Empty Value This may contain an optional single digit (e.g., ON1) to help when assigning multiple values to the same switch.
Carrier	Text field. Inter-exchange carrier or Operating Telephone Company (OTC) name. In TFNRegistry™, OTC is the ACNA name of the Carrier.	The following are valid entries: A 4-digit Carrier Identification Code (CIC); OR An empty value
Tel #	Text field. The destination telephone number (a Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) or a Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) number). A CPR subsection must contain Tel# or Announcement criteria as the last column. LAD Label is not allowed in the TEL# node for a TR, because a TR TEL# node only supports a value of “ #DIAL “ unless it’s empty due to the call terminating to an Announcement node. The Tel# node cannot be the first node in a CPR main section, although can be the 1st node in a subsection that a Go To node points to.	Valid values include: Alphanumeric in the NPA-NXX-XXXX format; A LAD Label; OR An empty value; In a Template’s CPR, Tel# field must be set to a value of “#DIAL” or leave it empty if allowed by the TFNRegistry when the Tel# node is not the last node. For a Template record, the Resp Org enters the value “#DIAL” in the TEL# column and not the actual terminating TFN because a Template can be used by multiple PRs and the Resp Org identifies the terminating TFN on the PRs.
Announce	Text field. The type of recorded announcement that the caller will hear. A CPR subsection must contain Tel# or Announcement criteria as the last column.	Valid values include: OBA (out-of-band announcement = the TFN is not in service for the calling area) VCA (vacant code announcement = the TFN is not in service); OR An empty value
Go To	Used to reference a subsection of the CPR.	Valid subsection must begin with “S”, followed by up to 7 alphanumeric characters (including % or #). The Go To subsection name can be up to 8 characters maximum. Example: SMICH or SOHIO1.
