Mandatory field that indicates the desired action when the carrier’s CIC is added to the routing for any record. Must choose either Notification or No Notification. Request Approval is optional if the carrier wants to approve every request when the CIC is added to routing for a record. |

Possible Routing Change |
Mandatory field that indicates the desired action when the Carrier’s CIC is involved in a routing change when a record is created or modified. Must choose either Notification or No Notification. Request Approval is optional if the Carrier wants to approve every request for a possible routing change. |

Mandatory field that indicates the desired action when the CIC is removed from routing in the record for a Working number. |

Unsolicited Notification (Domain Name) |
The domain name address on which the Asynchronous Callback URL will be hosted. Default maximum of 4 Domains can be entered. |

Defines the port on which the Asynchronous Callback URL will be listening. Default maximum of 1 Port per Domain can be entered. |
