The General Notification and Approval Setup (GNA) page for a Carrier (CIC) can be deleted by you, as an authorized user. Before deleting a GNA page for a Carrier, you must first retrieve the desired Carrier on the GNA page.
- To delete the GNA setup, select the “Delete”
icon. A confirmation pop-up window will be displayed requesting you to proceed with the deletion of the GNA page for the Carrier. - By selecting the “Yes” button, it will delete the GNA page for the Carrier. By selecting the “No” button, it will cancel the deletion of the GNA page for the Carrier.
- When the “Yes” button is selected, the GNA setup for a Carrier (CIC) will be deleted and a success message, “General Notification & Approval Deleted Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
