Action Icon: You can view and select the following options after you have selected the “Action” icon from the Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR) page for the retrieved Template Name:
- Customer Record Audit/Resend: By selecting the “Customer Record Audit/Resend” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the Customer Record Audit/Resend (CRA/CRR) page for the selected TR to be able to perform the Audit and Resend actions on SCPs.
- Immediate Validation Results: By selecting the “Immediate Validation Results” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the Immediate Validation Results (IVR) page for the selected TR to perform the requested validations.
- Summary and Details of Carrier Approval: By selecting the “Summary and Details of Carrier Approval Status” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the Summary and Details of Carrier Approval (SAP/DAP) page for the selected TR carrier permissions.
- Template Record Selection: By selecting the “Customer Record Selection” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the Template Record Selection (TEC) page for the selected TR to view and edit the TR details.
