Label Definitions (LAD) Field Descriptions
Field Name	Descriptions	Valid Values
Area Code	Text field. Optional. Area code(s) from which calls originate (Must be within the Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR) Areas of Service (AOS).	Valid values include: 3 digit area codes A LAD label An empty value “OTHER”
Date	Text field. Optional. Specific DATE during which calls originate (must be within the TR’s AOS).	Valid date (1/1), multiple dates (1/17, 1/24) or a date range (1/10-7/14). Maximum of 2 dates allowed in a single field.
LATA	Text field. Optional. LATA(s) from which calls originate (must be within the TR’s AOS).	Valid values include: 3 digit LATA code A LAD Label An empty value “OTHER”
NXX	Text field. Optional. NXX(s) from which calls originate (must be within the TR’s AOS).	Valid values include: Up to 3 digit Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) NXXs A LAD Label An empty value “OTHER”
State	Text field. Optional. State(s) from which calls originate (must be within the TR’s AOS).	Must be a 2-character standard abbreviation, like 'NJ'.
Time	Text field. Optional. Specific Time from which calls originate (must be within the TR’s AOS).	Must be a range '10:30AM-6:30PM'. Range cannot cross midnight. Minutes must be in quarter hours (00, 15, 30 and 45).
10 Digit Number	Text field. Optional. Specific 10 Digit number(s) from which calls originate (must be within the TR’s AOS).	Valid values include: Alphanumeric in the NPA-NXX-XXXX format. A LAD label An empty value “OTHER”
6 Digit Number	Text field. Optional. Specific 6 Digit number(s) (e.g. NPA-NXX(s)) from which calls originate (must be within the TR’s AOS).	Valid values include: Up to 2 numeric NPA-NXXs A LAD label An empty value “OTHER”
