Effective Date |
The Effective Date identifies the date the record should be sent to the Service Control Points (SCPs) and activated. This field can be entered manually or by using the calendar. |

Effective Time |
The Effective Time identifies the time the record should be sent to the SCPs and activated. This field can be entered manually. |

By selecting “Now” the current date and time will be used during creation of the TR. |

High Priority |
The TR must have an Effective Date of Now or today’s date for a High Priority TR Update. You cannot create a HOLD record of high priority (High Priority check box is selected). Please Note: Only authorized users with HPU permissions are allowed to create TRs and use the HPU. You must contact your Responsible Organization's (Resp Org's) Primary Contact to request permissions. |

Resp Org |
Populated by the TFNRegistry™. Resp Org is 5 alphanumeric characters. This can be modified by the Resp Org that controls the TR when creating a new record with your own Resp Org ID according to your Login ID’s Resp Org field. |

Template ID |
A unique TFNRegistry assigned 10 digit identifier (numeric) for the TR, which is sent to the SCPs as their primary key for the routing template. (The Routing Template ID, and not the Routing Template Name, is used by the SCPs and is to be generated by the TFNRegistry upon creation of a new Routing Template that is sent to the SCPs. It begins with a zero ‘0’. Its format emulates that of a Toll-Free Number (TFN), except for the distinguishing leading zero ‘0’). |
10 alphanumeric character. Optional field. A Template ID (10 digits, always starts with a zero (’0’)). The field may have NPA = 000 through 099, NXX = 000 through 999, and LINE number (last 4 digits) = 0000 through 9999. |

Contact Name |
The name of the contact person who initiated the Service Order. The name used on the Number Search and Reserve (NUS) page is used to populate this field and may be modified, if necessary. This is auto populated. |
Text string. Up to 30 alphanumeric characters. A “text string” entry can contain any of the following characters: Letters, digits, standard keyboard special characters listed below: ‘ ’ ! @ # $ % & * ( ) - + = { [ } ] \ : ; < , > . ? / . The following characters are not permitted: ~ Tilde, “Double Quotation Mark, | Vertical Bar (Pipe), ^ Circumflex (Hat) and other special characters not listed above. |
Contact Number |
The phone number for the contact named in the “Contact Person” field. The phone number from the NUS page is carried over and may be modified, if necessary. Optional field. |
NPA-NXX-XXXX (NPA optional). Requires 10 digits -- when the number is populated by the TFNRegistry and the record does not contain a 10 Digit value, the TFNRegistry will display leading zeros (e.g., 000-699-2000). |

Any notes on the Service Order or Supplemental Form which need to be stored and for which no specific fields exist on the TR. The Notes from the NUS page are carried over and may be modified, if necessary. Optional field. Notes field is in the contact information for you to view and edit. |

Number of Lines |
The Number of Lines on which all the TFNs that use this TR may terminate per each Number (for the Number entered on same line). Supports a value of 1-4 numeric (e.g., from 1 to 9999). The Number of Lines value on the Pointer Record (PAD) (also known as a PR) overrides (supersedes) the Number of Lines value on the TR. |
