No, utilizing the Resp Org Change (ROC) System to send ROC Requests between Resp Orgs is free of charge. However, if you choose to escalate a request to the Help Desk, the Submitting (new) Resp Org will be charged the current TFNRegistry™ Functions Tariff rate per Toll-Free Number (TFN) processed.
