Access Type Definitions:
- ROC Only: The ROC only access type allows you to only access the ROC system with the TFNRegistry™ (tfnregistry.somos.com).
- ROC and TFNRegistry: The ROC and TFNRegistry access type allows you to access the ROC system and the TFNRegistry based on your user profile permissions granted to you by your Resp Org's Primary Contact (PC) and/or Company Administrator(s) (CA(s)).
- ROC, TFNRegistry and Reporting: The ROC, TFNRegistry and Reporting access type allows you to access the ROC system, the TFNRegistry, and the TFNRegistry Reporting based on your user profile permissions granted to you by your Resp Org's Primary Contact (PC) and/or Company Administrator(s) (CA(s)).
* Special Approver (SA) user type is designated on your User Profile in the Somos Portal Website. In order to be able to escalate a ROC request to the Help Desk for processing, the Special Approver must be granted permissions to submit the Responsible Organization (Resp Org) Change Help Desk Intervention (ROC HDI) request. Primary Contacts and Company Administrators of Resp Orgs automatically are granted the Special Approver permission. If you are a Resp Org PC or CA and you need more information, please click here. Any updates made to the user's profile on Step 1 or Step 2 within the Somos Portal Website are instantaneous. However, only the user's email address will be updated accordingly within the TFNRegistry instantaneously.
** All ROC HDI requests (also known as HDR) are subject to a processing fee. For the current rate per Toll-Free Number (TFN) in the request, lease refer to the TFNRegistry™ Functions Tariff.
