The High Priority Updates (HPU) page in the TFNRegistry™ (tfnregistry.somos.com) provides the ability to perform up to 10 High Priority Updates on Customer Records (CADs) (also known as CRs) per day. The feature may be used during a Service Control Point (SCP) overload condition, where there is a large queue for downloading to an SCP. By performing a High Priority Update, the Customer Record download to the SCP will move to the top of the SCP queue for processing.
An HPU administrator or a user with administration rights (e.g. your Responsible Organization's (Resp Org's) Primary Contact) on the HPU page may add and remove additional users on the page. Only users granted HPU permissions on the HPU page can perform High Priority Updates on Customer Records. The HPU page may be accessed after logging into the TFNRegistry and then entering "HPU" in the search field from the "Menu" icon which is located in the upper left corner.
