A Primary Contact, Company Administrator or User Administrator has the ability to reset passwords for the Somos® Portal Website (portal.somos.com) for users under their Responsible Organization (Resp Org) (also known as Entity). A user can also reset their own password. If you are a user trying to reset your password for the Somos Portal Website, please select the "Recover it here." link in the purple box to the right of where you would enter in your credentials on the Login page. In the "Forgot Password?" pop-up window, it will ask you for your Login ID and PIN. Once you select the "Submit" button, it will send you an email. Navigate to the Login page, enter in your Login ID and then enter the temporary password it gave you. In a new pop up window, it will ask you to enter in your PIN, New Password and Confirm New Password. If you need further assistance, you or the Primary Contact for your Entity would need to provide the 4 digit security PIN and the Login ID(s) to the Help Desk to reset the password for the Somos Portal Website.
