ROC System: What are the ROC System Holidays?

As of February 26, 2018, a ROC request's due date excludes a set of Holidays inside the Resp Org Change (ROC) System and ROC Web Service Interface (WSI). The due date of the Incoming ROC request will be adjusted to exclude the Holiday(s). Access to the ROC System and ROC WSI will be available during the following excluded Holidays:
