With the selected Acting As Responsible Organization (Resp Org) ID, you can retrieve and perform Copy and Convert functions. In the Customer Record Selection (REC) page, enter a Toll-Free Number (TFN) and then select the “Retrieve” button. A message, “Customer Record Status Retrieved Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
