When you to create a Disconnect Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR), it must be done by using an existing CR and copying that CR with the Disconnect Action. For this process, you must essentially retrieve a CR and follow the “Copy” CR flow (please refer to Retrieve Customer Record and Copy Customer Record) and choose the “Disconnect” radio button at the bottom of the Copy CR page. A CR can be disconnected for Now or a future Effective Date.
