The Source Record when transferring a Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) contains the following fields:
- Toll-Free Number: The source Toll-Free Number (TFN) that you want to transfer from the specific CR. The TFN used to retrieve the CR will be populated by the TFNRegistry™ as the Source Record TFN. This field is view-only.
- Effective Date: The Effective Date of the selected CR that was retrieved prior to Transfer. When a TFN is used to retrieve CRs, more than one CR may exist with different Effective Dates and Times. To transfer from a specific CR, you must select that CR in the drop down menu to use those details as the Source Record for the Transfer.
- Effective Time: The Effective Time of the new CR and part of the specified Source Record from the TFN, Effective Date, Time, and Status drop down menu.
