With the selected Acting As ID, you cannot retrieve a Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) of different Toll-Free Number's (TFN’s) Responsible Organization (Resp Org) ID. Once the CR has been retrieved, a message, “Customer Record Retrieved Successfully” will be displayed with “More Details” button and disabled function icons. Select the “More Details” button, an Error/Warning Message pop-up will be displayed with a message that the "User has no involvement with the customer record (505002)".
