Please Note: Only future-dated Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) can be modified.
To update a CR, it must first be retrieved. Following the retrieval, you must select the “Edit” icon and then navigate to the fields that are to be changed, and either add new fields and values or delete existing fields to make the updates.
Please Note: All mandatory fields (designated with an asterisk (*)) must be completed.
You must save the changes with one of the following actions:
- Select the “Submit” button to save the changes and allow the TFNRegistry™ to further process the CR, or
- Select the “Save” button to save the changes for the CR in the TFNRegistry but not commit the changes to go into effect. The changes will not go into effect until the CR has been submitted.
