By selecting the “Destination” drop down menu on a Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR), it shows that a Toll-Free Number (TFN) or Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) number can be added as a Destination Number. All calls to the TFN for the CR will be routed to this Destination Number. The Number of Lines associated with this Destination Number must also be entered.
By selecting the “Add” icon in the Destination portion of the CR page, a new row will become available for you to add in a new Destination Number.
The Local Serving Office (LSO) and the Foreign Service Office (FSO) are optional. If the destination number is a POTS number, the LSO field is required. After the required fields are completed, you must select the “Add” icon to add the destination details to the CR page.
A Destination Number can be deleted by selecting the check box to the left of the number and selecting the “Delete” icon in the upper right corner.
Please Note: If the check box in the label row is selected, all Destination Numbers will be deleted.
