If you have a question about a rejection messages on a request, please call or text the Help Desk 844.HEY.SOMOS (844.439.7666), Option 1. Please Note: In the following "Resp Org Change Help Desk Intervention Request Rejection Messages" table, the "Dial Number" and "Attachment Name" will be the Dial number(s) and attachment name(s) submitted with the request and then proceeded by the rejection message separated with a hyphen.
