The Configure Call Processing portion of the Call Processing Record (CPR) tab of a Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR) allows you to provide the details for the complex routing. Select the “Edit” icon to select or create a new Section Name and then use the Search drop down to select which field to use in the Search field. For each column the type of field must be selected from the drop down menu and the values entered on the appropriate row.
Add Row(s): To add a single or multiple row(s) to the page, you should select the check box for the row(s) to add and then “Add Row” icon. “Add New Row(s)” pop-up window will be displayed with Number of Rows(s) text field. Enter a number in the text field and select the “Below” or “Above” radio button to create a new row above or below the selected row and then select the “Add” button.
A new row will be added to the list of rows.
Delete Row(s): To delete an entire row or multiple rows, you must first select the check box for the row(s) to delete, and then select the “Delete” icon. A pop-up message, “Do you want to delete Row(s)?” will be displayed. Select the “Yes” button to delete the row(s). Row(s) will be deleted from the list of rows.
