A Carrier Identification Code (CIC) can be updated using the ENA page. First, the existing ENA setup must be retrieved. After the retrieval is successful, you, as an authorized user, will be able to update both the Carrier’s Desired Action from the TFNRegistry and add a new Entity/Resp Org ID with ENA Setup for the desired Carrier.
- To add a new Entity/Resp Org ID, select the “Add”
icon on the ENA page, specify the Entity/Resp Org ID and enable the desired No Notification, Notify and Request Approval choices in the Carrier’s Desired Action from the TFNRegistry. - After updating values or addition of new Entity/Resp Org ID, select the “Submit” button. A success message, “Exception Notification Setup Updated Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
