The Entity Notification and Approval Setup (ENA) page is used by you, an authorized user (who has the appropriate carrier permissions and is the carriers' manager), to set up the ENA page for a specific Carrier Identification Code (CIC) according to the needs of their organization. The Carrier must specify whether they would like to receive a notification message, an approval request (if applicable), or neither for several categories of record changes. The Carrier also uses the ENA page to specify the delivery method for receiving notification messages and approval requests: via Online (within the TFNRegistry™ (tfnregistry.somos.com)).
Please Note: The Carrier needs to use the General Notification and Approval (GNA) page (not the ENA page) to specify the general delivery method for receiving notification messages and approval requests: via Online. The ENA page allows the Carrier to define a different notification and approval setup for changes to records that belong to a specific Entity or Responsible Organization (Resp Org). The Carrier approval/notification settings on the ENA page override the Carrier approval/notification settings on the parent GNA page for the same CIC.
To access the ENA page, from the Landing page or any page, you can select the Menu icon (in the upper left corner), the "Carrier Administration" menu item and then the "Entity Notification & Approval Setup (ENA)" sub-menu item. Once the “Entity Notification & Approval Setup” sub-menu item has been selected, the ENA page will be displayed.

The Resp Org's Primary Contact and/or Company Administrator can grant permissions to the ENA page for their users within their Resp Org. If you need access to the ENA page, you must contact them for assistance.
