To create a new Carrier IntraLATA Exception (CLE) record, you, as an authorized user, must enter a valid Entity that is not already available and then select the “Retrieve” button and a “No Results Found” Pop-Up Window will be displayed requesting you to create a new CLE record.
By selecting the “Yes” button, a new CLE record will be created and the message, “Carrier IntraLATA Exceptions Created Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page and by selecting the “No” button, you will be redirected back to the CLA/CLE page.
