The Carrier IntraLATA Agreements/Exceptions (CLA/CLE) page is used to support the Local Exchange Carriers (LECs) and other Network Service Providers to control (manage) the use of their networks for IntraLATA Toll-Free calls to a destination Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) numbers that terminate on their network. To access the CLA/CLE page and retrieve the information, you, as an authorized user, must select the “Carrier IntraLATA Agreements/Exceptions (CLA/CLE)” sub-menu item from the “Carrier Administration” menu.
After the Carrier IntraLATA Agreements/Exceptions (CLA/CLE) page has been displayed, you can retrieve the desired data by selecting either the “Agreements” option or the “Exceptions” option and then entering the Entity ID in the “Entity” field. Alternatively, you may select the “List” icon and choose an Entity ID by selecting the radio button and then the “Select” button. The Entity ID will be displayed in the “Entity” field.
