On the Immediate Validation Results (IVR) page, enter the Toll-Free Number (TFN) or Template Name. If needed (and known), enter the Effective Date and Effective Time for a specific record and then select the “Retrieve” button.
The IVR information of the given TFN will be displayed with the message, “Immediate Validation Results Retrieved Successfully” displayed at the top of the page.

On the IVR page, you can view and sort the following information:
- Error/Warning
- Description
By default, the “Sort” icon will be visible next to the Error/Warning column name on this page. When you hover over the specific column header name, it will be highlighted with an underline, and you must select the column name to enable the “Sort” icon. This will sort the information in the remaining columns as per the selection. By selecting the “Sort” or icon, you can arrange each column's information in an ascending or descending order. The upward arrow “Sort” icon will sort the column in the ascending order while the downward arrow “Sort” icon will sort the column in the descending order.

If you provide Effective Date but not Effective Time and multiple records exists for the TFN/Template Name, then the IVR data for the record with latest Effective Time on the given Effective Date will be displayed. If you do not provide Effective Date/Time, the IVR data for the earliest future record of the TFN/Template Name will be displayed.
