TFNRegistry UI: What are the Fields, their Descriptions and Valid Values for the IVR Page?

Toll-Free Number/Template

Enter either a Toll-Free Number (TFN) or a Template Name. TFN format: NPA-NXX-XXXX or NPANXXXXXX. (Vanity numbers are also allowed).

Template Name format: Enter an existing 4-15 character wide Template Name that begins with an asterisk *.

Required field. It provides the desired TFN or the Template Name.

Effective Date

Optional field for input. Effective Date and time of the Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR). Required if more than 1 CR in Active, Sending or Failed status exists.

Format is MM/DD/YYYY.

Effective Time

Effective time of the CR. Required if more than 1 CR in Active, Sending or Failed status exists. TZ is your preferred Time Zone.

Format is HH:MM AM/PM TZ.

Valid values are:

• Atlantic Time (AT)
• Eastern Time (ET)
• Central Time (CT)
• Mountain Time (MT)
• Pacific Time (PT)
• Alaskan Time (AKT)
• Hawaii-Aleutian Time (HAT)
• Samoa/Bering Time (ST)
• Newfoundland Time (NFT)

Overall Validation Result

View only field that displays if there are errors for the retrieved CR. Errors must be corrected by you before the TFNRegistry™ can send the CR to the Service Control Points (SCPs).

Successful indicates that there are no errors.

Unsuccessful indicates that there are 1 or more errors for the CR.

Resp Org

View only field that identifies the user’s Responsible Organization (Resp Org) ID retrieved from the TFNRegistry.

The Controlling (current, old) Resp Org of the TFN.

Number of Errors

View only field that indicates the count of the number of errors detected by the TFNRegistry for the retrieved CR.

Populated by the TFNRegistry.

Number of Warnings

View only fields that identifies the count of the number of warnings detected by the TFNRegistry for the retrieved CR.

Populated by the TFNRegistry.

Date Last Updated

View - only fields that identifies the date and time of the last update.

Populated by the TFNRegistry.

Updated By

View only field that identifies the user’s Login ID.

Populated by the TFNRegistry.

Error/Warning

View only field that contains a list of all the error and warning codes related to failed CR validations.

The warning messages for the CR are listed followed by error messages for the CR.

Description

View only field that displays the TFNRegistry generated messages for the last user command or action.
