The “Action” icon can be used to access Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR)/Pointer Record (PAD) (also known as a PR) pages or Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR) page from the IVR page:
- Customer Record/Pointer Record: By selecting the “Customer Record/Pointer Record” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the CR/PR page for the selected CR/PR to view and edit the CR/PR details.
- Template Record: By selecting the “Template Record” link in the “Action” icon, you will be redirected to the TR page for the selected TR to view the results.
