Destination Number |
Required. Destination telephone number(s) for Toll-Free Number (TFN). Entries may be Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) number or TFNs. |
Number or Mask Entry: Allows 10 alphanumeric, with optional two dashes. Ex: NPA-NXX-XXXX |

Number of Lines |
Required. The number of lines on which the TFNs may terminate per each Number (for the Number entered on same line). |
1 to 4 numeric. Ex: 1 to 9999 |

LSO |
Local Serving Office: Central office providing local service to the customer (for the number entered on this same input line). Required field if a POTS number is entered in the Number field on the same line. This field will be automatically populated by the application when the user selects Update or Save and this field is left blank and a POTS number is specified in the associated Destination Number field. Optional field if the TFN is entered in the Number field on the same line. Must be left blank if no Number is entered on the same line. |

Foreign Serving Office: Central office that terminates the TFNs service access line, if different from the LSO (for the Number entered on the same input line). Optional field if the Number is entered on the same line. Otherwise, must be left blank. |
