Please Note: All the Declined and Overdue status submitted requests can be resubmitted to the Controlling Resp Org or be escalated to the Help Desk for processing. Any ROC request submitted to the Help Desk for processing is subject to the current tariff fee per TFN in the request. |

Select the Download icon, a pop-up with the list of available options (CSV, XLS, or XLSX) will be displayed. You can select an option to download TFN(s) in an Excel workbook. Enter the Approve/Decline codes and Reject note (optional) for the TFN(s). |
