Check In and Check Out |

Due Date Approval All |
To due date approve all TFNs in the request, select the “All” option under the “Due Date Approval” column. Otherwise, individual TFNs could also be approved by selecting the option corresponding to the TFN. |

To approve all TFNs in the request, select the “All” option under the “Approval” column. Otherwise, individual TFNs could also be approved by selecting the option corresponding to the TFN. |

To decline all TFNs in the request, select the “All” option under the “Decline” column. Otherwise, individual TFNs could also be declined by selecting the option corresponding to the TFN to be declined. You can select multiple reasons to decline a TFN. |

A list of TFNs is displayed with their current status. Whenever there is more than one TFN submitted with the Incoming ROC request, the TFNs could have different statuses. |

Select the Download icon, a pop-up with the list of available options (CSV, XLS, or XLSX) will be displayed. You can select an option to download the TFN(s) in the Incoming ROC request in an Excel workbook. Enter the Reason Codes for approving or declining it. You can also add in a Decline note (e.g. Reject note) for the TFN(s). |
