The ROC System will refresh and display the submitted ROC requests in the Results portion of the ROC Search Request (RSR) pages list based on your selected search options. The following is the information provided in the Results portion of the RSR page:
- Count: Number of TFNs submitted in the ROC request.
- Submitted On: Date and time of the submitted ROC request. If a Standard LOA is not attached to the request, this field will display a note: Awaiting LOA.
- Submitting Resp Org: Responsible Organization (Resp Org) ID of an organization submitting the request.
- Future Dated: A future Date when request is submitted to the Controlling Resp Org.
- Due Date: Date when request is expected to be processed. Due Date will be blank if the ROC System did not verify the Resp Org information of all TFNs submitted with the request.
- Progress: This field displays the current progress of the TFNs within the request.
- Closed On: Date and time when request has been processed.
- Expedited: Submitting Resp Org who requested the request to be processed faster than the usual 2 business days.
- Checked Out: Requests currently being worked on by other users within your organization and displays a number of requests checked out for processing.
You can also sort the “Results” portion information based on your selected search options. By default, the “Sort” icon will be visible next to the “Submitted On” column name in the Results portion. You can hovers over the specific column header name, it will be highlighted with an underline, and then you must select the column name to enable the “Sort” icon. This will sort the information in the remaining columns as per the selection. By selecting the “Sort” or icon, you can arrange each column's information in an ascending or descending order. The upward arrow “Sort” icon will sort the column in the ascending order while the downward arrow “Sort” icon will sort the column in the descending order. You can download your search results into an Excel workbook (.csv, .xls, or .xlsx) on your device by selecting the “Download” icon in the upper right corner of the Results portion of the RSR page. Once you have selected the "Download" icon, a pop-up with CSV, XLS, and XLSX buttons will be displayed. When you select any one of the options, an Excel workbook in the selected format will be downloaded.
Beforehand, if you only want to download an Excel workbook with only “Expedited Requests”, you can select that check box and then the “Download” icon in the upper right corner of the Results portion of the RSR page and then any of the CSV, XLS, or XLSX button on the pop-up to export an Excel workbook with only expedited results. Please Note: If “Expedited Requests” check box has been selected, the Expedited Requests will have a row color of a light blue, which denotes an expedited item.
If you only want to download an Excel workbook with only “Show Checked Out Requests”, simply select that check box and then the “Download” icon in the upper right corner of the Results portion of the RSR page and then any of the CSV, XLS, or XLSX button on the pop-up to export an Excel workbook with only checked out requests.
If you want to download an Excel workbook with “Expedited Requests” and “Show Checked Out Requests”, you can select both check boxes and then the “Download” icon in the upper right corner of the Results portion of the RSR page and then any of the CSV, XLS, or XLSX button on the pop-up to export an Excel workbook with expedited results and checked out requests.
