ROC System: What are the Fields, their Descriptions and Valid Values for the RSR Page?

Toll-Free Number

One or more Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) that the Submitting (new) Responsible Organization (Resp Org) wants to manage.

Optional field.

TFNs must be in entered in the format of 844-439-7666 or 8444397666.

For more information on the ROC parameters, please refer to the Chapter titled “ROC Parameters” in the TFNRegistry™ User Guide.

Status

This field is used to locate the requests based on their Status. Select All to apply search to all requests.

Optional field.

Valid Values:

• All
• Pending = The TFN is still un-processed.
• Port Processing = The TFN has been sent to the TFNRegistry.
• Ported = The TFN has been ported from the Controlling (current, old) Resp Org to the submitting Resp Orgs.
• Declined = The request for that TFN has been declined by either the submitter itself or the Controlling Resp Org.
• Overdue = If the request Due Date is older than current date then status is updated to an Overdue status automatically.
• Help Desk Request (HDR) = The request is escalated to the Help Desk via a Resp Org Help Desk Intervention request.
• Invalid = In any case if the TFN is invalid.
• Port Failed = The failure description is the reason for port failure received from the TFNRegistry.
• Due Date Approval = This status shows that Toll-Free Number is due for processing and will be auto approved just before the status becomes Overdue.
• Expired (Appears only for the Submitting (new) Resp Org for Outgoing ROC requests) = If request is left un-processed for 10 business days, the request is expired automatically.

Submitted

A date range field to search the requests.

Optional field.

Valid Values:

• Last 14 days
• Last 30 days
• Last 90 days
• Last 180 days
• Date Range (Start Date and End Date)

Reject Reason

Field used to locate requests based on their reject reason.

The reject reasons (i.e. values) are from the Industry Guidelines document.

The reject reason can be seen on the Outgoing ROC Request type if you hover over the "Information" icon to the right of the "Declined" status. It will also be included when you download the desired request in a Comma Separated Values (CSV), .XLS, or .XLSX formats.

Optional field.

Valid Values:

• 01 = Customer name mismatch/missing
• 02 = Address mismatch/missing (verification done if address is different but all other information is the same)
• 03 = Contact/Customer signature missing
• 04 = Toll-Free Shared or Bundled
• 05 = Customer signature date missing/or expired (must be less than 30 days)
• 06 = Sent to wrong Resp Org
• 07 = Toll-Free Number not listed on request
• 08 = All data mismatch
• 09 = LOA missing or linking Reseller/Subscriber LOA missing
• 11 = Illegible LOA
• 12 = More recent LOA (provide copy of LOA to Resp Org)
• 15 = Unauthorized contact/Customer signature
• 16 = Auto-rejected by Submitter
• 17 = Expired
• 18 = Resp Org is no longer in control of the Toll-Free Number

The following codes are for TFNRegistry use only and should not be sent in a request:

• 19 = Toll-Free Number is in Spare status
• 20 = Toll-Free Number is in Unavailable status
• 21 = Toll-Free Number belongs to a Port Restricted Resp Org
• 22 =Toll-Free Number is already in control by your organization
• 23= Auto-rejected by Help Desk

Type

Type of requests to be included in the search results list.

Optional field.

Valid Values:

• Incoming
• Outgoing

Progress

Field is used to locate requests based on their progress status (i.e. whether the request is open or closed).

Optional field.

Valid Values:

• All
• Opened
• Closed

Resp Org

Field is used to locate requests based on their selected Resp Org. Only 1 Resp Org can be selected at a time.

Optional field.

5 alphanumeric characters.

Expedited Requests

Check box to select the submitting Resp Org requested the request to be processed faster than the usual 2 business days.

Optional field.

Valid Values:

• Select
• Unselect

Show Checked Out Requests

Check box option to include requests currently being worked on by other users within your organization and displays a number of requests checked out for processing

Optional field.

Valid Values:

• Select
• Unselect

Denotes an Expedited Item

By default, the results will display. The Expedited items in the Results portion of the ROC Search Request (RSR) page will be highlighted in a light blue color.
