TFNRegistry UI: What are the Fields, their Descriptions and Valid Values for the DAP Page?

Toll-Free Number

Toll-Free Number (TFN): 10- alphanumeric characters. Format is NPA-NXX-XXXX.

Required field (either TFN or Template Name). Identifies the TFN to be queried (or has been queried) for the Detail of Carrier Approval (DAP) information.

Template

Template Name: Alphanumeric (4-15), key identifier. Must begin with an asterisk (*), followed by 2 alphabetic characters corresponding to the control Entity (first 2 characters of the creating control Resp Org unit), followed by 1-12 alphanumeric characters.

Required field (either TFN or Template Name). A Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR) contains call routing data to be used on multiple Customer Records (CADs) (CRs) when the CRs that use a TR and are built as Pointer Records (PADs) (also known as PRs).

Effective Date

Date must be entered in the standard date format of MM/DD/YYYY.

Required field. Identifies the Effective Date of the CR or PR.

This field is automatically populated by the application if accessed through selecting the “Details” button on the Summary (SAP) tab, or if it opened from the CR or PR.

Effective Time

Identifies the Effective Time of the CR or PR. Time is entered as the Time Zone specified as the user preference. 

Time must be entered in 15-minute intervals.

Required field. 

Format: hh:mm AM/PM TZ

Valid values are:

• Atlantic Time (AT)
• Eastern Time (ET)
• Central Time (CT)
• Mountain Time (MT)
• Pacific Time (PT)
• Alaskan Time (AKT)
• Hawaii-Aleutian Time (HAT)
• Samoa/Bering Time (ST)
• Newfoundland Time (NFT)

Resp Org

Responsible Organization (Resp Org) retrieved as part of the approval detail.

The Controlling (current, old) Resp Org of the TFN.

CR Status

Retrieved as part of the approval detail.

The status of the CR or PR.

Approval Carrier

Carrier (CIC) identifying the approving Carrier (CIC).

This column lists the Carrier (CIC) that received an approval request for this record.

Ok

The CIC's approval response (if any) for the CR or PR.

OK status, TBD, Yes or No as provided by the approving Carrier.

Reason

Reason code provided by approving Carrier.

The carrier's 2-character approval-reason code (if any). Each Carrier can have their own codes; and there is no standard meaning for any code.

Received At

The date and time that the Carrier's approval response (if any) was received by the TFNRegistry.
