NPA |
Optional field. Numbering Plan Area (NPA) code for the Toll-Free service. A drop down menu is provided to show all the valid NPA codes defined in the TFNRegistry. Only 1 of “NPA” or “All Templates” may be selected. |

All Templates |
Optional field. By selecting the “All Templates” field, it will retrieve all Template Records (TADs) (also known as TRs) from the TFNRegistry that have Carrier summary approval SAP data for the Resp Org. Only 1 of “NPA” or “All Templates” may be selected. |

Effective date Range From and To |
Required field. Enter a Start date and/or an End date for the SAP query. At least 1 date is required, and if only 1 date is provided, the TFNRegistry queries SAP for that date only. |

Involved Routing Carrier (CIC) |
Optional field. To query for Summary approval responses from a specific involved routing carrier, enter the valid Carrier (CIC). This field is not valid when using the “Approval” field. If a CIC is entered, the CIC’s OK field must also be selected. The radio button is used to select either the “Involved Routing Carrier (CIC)” or “Approval” field. |
Valid 4-digit CIC. CIC-0110 is not a valid entry. |

CIC'S OK |
Optional field. This is a drop down menu and selects the Carrier's (CIC's) response category: TBD, Yes or No. This field is required when the Involved Routing Carrier (CIC) field is selected. |

Approval |
Optional field. Identifies the Approval status to be queried for Customer Records (CADs) (also known as CRs). If “Approval” is selected, then the drop down is used to select the specific status. The radio button is used to select either the “Involved Routing Carrier (CIC)” or “Approval” field. |
