To retrieve the Summary of Carrier Approval (SAP) page for a Toll-Free Number (TFN), you must enter the following:
- Resp Org
- Effective Date Range From (Start date)
Optionally, you can also select the following:
- Either NPA or “All Templates”
- Effective Date Range To (End date)
- Involved Routing Carrier
- Either CIC’s OK or Approval
After all the fields are entered, you must select the “Retrieve” button.
Once the SAP for the TFN has been retrieved, a message, “Summary of Carrier Approval Retrieved Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
For the corresponding Responsible Organization (Resp Org) of the TFN, the Effective Date/Time and the Approval Status will be retrieved and displayed. By selecting the "Action" 
icon, it will re-direct you to the TFN's record to allow you to modify or update fields as needed.
