The retrieved Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR) can have the same Template Name as Source Record but with a different Effective Date and Time, or any other Toll-Free Number (TFN) or Template Name to which you want to transfer the Source Record. The Target Record contains:
- Toll-Free Number/Template: The Template Name or TFN to which you want to transfer.
- Now: Checking the Now box to the right of the Toll-Free Number/Template field will set the Target Record to the Effective Date and Time of Now.
- Effective Date: The Effective Date of the Target Record. It must be in MM/DD/YYYY format. You can manually enter the date or use the “Calendar”
icon to select the date. - Effective Time: The Effective Time of the Target Record. The Effective Time of the new record which is copied from the Source Record. This must be in hh:mm AM/PM format.
