TFNRegistry UI: What are the AOS Fields, their Descriptions and Valid Values for the TAD Page?

Networks

Identifies the AOS Networks. A 2-character Network code or AOS code (e.g. US, XA, XB, or XC). For non-US country code: CN or CR.

By selecting the “List” icon shows all possible Networks – AOS. An AOS code may be selected by choosing the check box with valid AOS codes.

Examples:

• US (United States)
• XA (United States & Canada)
• XB (United States & Caribbean)
• XC (United States & Canada & Caribbean)
• CN (Canada)
• CR (Caribbean)

A value can be selected by selecting the check box. A Network value of US, XA, XB or XC cannot be combined with other areas. A non-US country code (CN or CR) cannot be entered with a CCS Network code (e.g., BA) but can be combined with other AOS values.

States

States(s) and Province(s) included in the AOS. A state code represents all the NPAs that are in the state or province. By selecting the State Values, List icon displays a pop-up from which selections can be made for the category.

2-alpha state code. Multiple values can be selected.

NPAs

Area Code(s) included in the AOS. By selecting the NPAs List icon, it displays a pop-up from which selections can be made.

3-Digit area code - Any valid area code. Select from drop down and check all NPAs OR user can use the search box.

LATAs

LATA(s) included in the AOS. LATA can be selected from the List icon pop-up.

3 numeric - Any valid LATA code. Multiple values can be selected.

Labels

Identifies the AOS label. The label can be selected from the pop-up window by first choosing the Labels List icon. The label must belong to the Entity of the Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR)'s Controlling (current, old) Resp Org.

For example, if the Controlling Resp Org is ZAT01, you can use a label owned by ZAT02, but you cannot use a label managed by BRSAC.

Up to 7 alphanumeric characters. Multiple values can be selected.
